Service Description

I work with clients to gain understanding into where your anxieties originated. Trauma can be experienced at any stage of our life and for multiple reasons. Gaining insight into how patterns of behaviour have been learnt, releases us from past traumatic experiences. New coping skills can be learnt to enhance everyday life and embrace individuality.
